The UK airline is introducing free quick onboard connectivity through satellite agreement

Flyers flying with the airline can soon use high-speed connectivity onboard free of charge following a major partnership from the billionaire's space company.

British Airways announced that this free, ā€œfast and dependableā€ internet provision through the satellite provider is set to be available for travelers in coach, premium economy, and premium cabins as of next month.

Broad Implementation Over Various Flight Operators

The parent organization of British Airways, IAG, announced it had secured an partnership involving SpaceX to provide connectivity services for more than 500 aircraft within its carriers, such as Aer Lingus, the Spanish carrier, plus Vueling.
